Terms and Conditions for Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami Cash Vaccine Reward Draw.

The following people are excluded from participating in the Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami Cash reward draw: Staff and Directors of any Suzuki Dealer or Suzuki South Africa, their spouses/partners, children, parents, and siblings.

Only New Suzuki vehicles retailed by Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami from the 16h October 2020 to the 30 January 2021 will be eligible. No new car sold before or after these dates will be considered or entertained. Only transactions that have been completed in full and payment received in full, will be entered into the draw.

The draw will take place at 14H00 on Monday 1st February 2021 at a public function at Suzuki Kyalami, 127 River Road, Barbeque Downs, Kyalami.

There will be 4 prizes:

Each New Suzuki Car/LDV purchased retail from Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami will entitle the purchaser to one 1 entry in the cash reward draw. Prize money will only be paid into the bank account of the registered owner of the vehicle purchased. All tax liabilities and declarations are the responsibility of the prize winner and will be deducted from the prize money if required.

The winner will be selected randomly by public draw. The entries to the draw and the draw will be audited by an accredited independent auditor.

The winner will be contacted by telephone immediately after the draw by a representative of Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami. When claiming their prize, the winner/s will be required to produce positive identification and proof of banking details.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable.

The winners or participants will be required to take part in publicity for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winners or participants who take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami.

Winners will be announced on MIX FM, and on their website and face book pages, on Suzuki Bramley / Suzuki Kyalami websites and Facebook pages and any other suitable medium.
